Our full guaranteed policy lasts 365 days. However, if 60 days have gone by since your purchase, you will need to contact us for any return, refund, and exchanges.
To be eligible for a non-conditional return, refund, or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If it is proven by the tracking service that you did not receive your items within 60 days, we offer you a full refund of your purchase. If your item is received broken, not as described, arrangments should be made with our support team. All non-fraudulent cases will receive full refunds.
In any case, where a refund can be issued, the customer may also request an exchange.
We cover all non-fraudulent shipping fees for returns and exchanges after we receive the items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We offer non-conditional replace for items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange for any other reasons, please contact our support team. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, and we will contact you within a weekday.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We offer free shipping on most of our products, so special shipping costs for certain items are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
